►► INGREDIENTES ( 5 o 6 raciones)
✔️ 600ml Leche
✔️ 3 Huevos enteros (o 4 yemas)
✔️ 60g Azúcar blanco normal (Opcional. También puedes utilizar edulcorante según tu gusto)
✔️ 12g Fécula de maíz tipo Maizena (Opcional para darle más cremosidad)

Para saborizar tus deliciosas natillas puedes añadirle 1 o algunos de los siguientes ingredientes para darle diferentes matices:
?1 palo de Canela (calentar la leche a fuego medio unos 5 minutos o hasta que empiece a hervir. Luego infusionar 10-15 minutos antes de utilizar)
?1 cucharadita de Pasta o esencia de vainilla
?Cáscara de limón

Yo las haré solo con canela y vainilla porque con el confinamiento no tengo limones ? Pero te aseguro que también quedan exquisitas ?

?10-12 Galletas María o tipo Digestive
?Canela en polvo
