I have to get like really comfortable, because we are going to dish the dirt today. A lot. Hello everybody, I hope you’re all having an amazing week. We have all had days- we have all been there, when we don’t feel our most pretty, or our most confident. And guys, it is totally normal. Whether it’s our skin, our body, or our overall confidence, we have all had hangups that affect how beautiful we feel. But, lucky for us, science tells us that there are fast things that we can do to instantly pull ourselves out of a rut and feel more confident and more happy. So guys, as a relationship expert with a doctoral degree in psychology, today I am giving you the top 10 ways to instantly feel and seem to other, more beautiful.

Okay. Number one may seem kind of weird, but it’s to choose an outfit based on how it makes you feel versus how you think it makes you look. One of the most amazing things about clothes is that they can bring out a different side of you. They can make you feel more whimsical, and they can even change your mood based on the color. When we solely dress for other people, we lose the fun of getting to wear really pretty, cool clothes. So, next time you’re shopping, go for the outfit that captures your imagination as opposed to the thing that’s just going to make you look the most hot. And this not only makes you feel beautiful, but it makes your energy infectious to other people.
Number two is get outside. Research shows that the simple act of walking can instantly lift your mood and increase your overall positivity. But, I think if you go for a walk in a really special, beautiful place, you can start to get inspired by the beauty that surrounds you. And this can make you feel more beautiful. Appreciating nature’s beauty can instantly make you feel more calm and less anxious. This results in a more beautiful and a more pleasant experience for you, and all the people you interact with.
Number three is take a super fun selfie. So, the physical act of smiling can actually make you feel more positive instantly. Try asking a friend to take a couple cute snaps of you. Or, you can even play around on your own taking selfies and then sending them out to a couple of your best friends.
Now, the fourth way to feel more beautiful is to start a blog or a YouTube channel. Now, a lot of you already have channels, and I want to hear how those are going. Now, this one is so not about seeking approval from other people. It’s about understanding that you have a voice and your opinion matters. And that can create a sense of confidence that’s totally second to none. You can explore whatever hobby you want. Whether it’s fashion, politics, or you can be like a Moffit and delve into relationships or science. So, the bonus of this one is that the skill of talking on camera, or delivering ideas in a certain way is something that’s going to benefit you for the rest of your life. So, you kind of win all around in this one.
Number five is to listen to music. Particularly songs that make you feel more confident or good about yourself. And, everybody has one of those songs that you just turn on and boom! It changes everything.
Six is to sing. Now, this is totally different than just listening to music. Because now, you’re engaging to the art of singing and listening to how your voice is sounding. Singing also releases endorphins, helps you breath deeply, and gets out stress. My best advice is to choose something that you know you can sing amazingly. It doesn’t have to be overly hard.
