14-Day Upper Body Challenge: Arms + Chest + Armpit Fat +

Burn as much amount of upper body fat that you can with today’s video workout! This is an upper body workout session to help you burn fat and tone the muscles in your chest, armpit, and arm muscles!

This is a 22-min intensive workout that will help you achieve fat loss results in your upper body and some parts of your core and lower body as well. This will help burn the fat and then eventually shape your muscles to give you that well-toned and shapely upper body.

Do this workout regularly until you see results. You will start to see the difference by the end of 2 weeks even if it’s not immediately the slim body you’re expecting. You just need to begin the workout so your body can feel you working and you can start burning the fat.
