Capsicum -1/4 cup

Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Pav bhaji masala -1 tsp
Lemon juice. -1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Cooking oil -2 tbsp

Curd Rice –
Boiled rice -1 cup
Curd -1 cup
Onion-1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Tomato – 1/4 cup
Split black gram(chana dal) – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds -1 /2 tsp
Curry leaves
Green chilli -2
Cooking oil -2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Tamarind Rice –
Boiled rice -1 cup
Tamarind paste/pulp – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Split black gram – 1 tsp
Peanuts -1/4 cup
Curry leaves
Dry red chilli – 2
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp

Egg Fried Rice:
Boiled rice -1 cup
Eggs -2
Garlic cloves -3
Green chilli-2
Onion -1
Black pepper powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp

Aloo Matar Rice :
Boiled rice – 1 cup
Potato – 1/2 cup
Onion – 1/4 cup
Cumin seeds – 1/3 tsp
Green peas -1/4 cup
Capsicum -1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Cooking oil – 2 tbsp
