Hey loves! Here is the booty and leg workout for WEEK 3 of the Bikini Body Challenge. Remember to repeat this circuit 3x total for the full workout!

TODAY’S WORKOUT:
don’t forget to do a quick warm up before starting the routine! (Recommendation – 30 jumping jacks, 30 body weight squats, 30 high knees, 30 fire hydrants, each side)
1 minute donkey kicks, left side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute donkey kicks, right side
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, left side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute fire hydrant to kick out, right side (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute squat hip abductors (RB)
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute sumo bouncing squats
Rest 30 seconds
1 minute calf raises
REPEAT x3
