What is all the hype with a HIIT training and why is it one of the hottest and most in demand weight loss workout out there?

HIIT is defined as high-intensity interval training, it is a training technique that requires you to give your one-hundred percent effort through quick and intense bursts of exercise with short recovery periods keeping your heart rate up and burning more fat in the process.

Today’s video exercise is an intensive HIIT routine. It’s a 30 minute killer workout with some high-intensity moves. We’re going to start off easy and push harder as we go along. Given the nature of this workout, some of you may need to consult your physician to know if you can perform this type of training.
