Today i am making 4 type of chatni that is super easy and important sauces of any meal.

raw mango 1 cup
button red chillies 1/2 cup
mint leaves 1 cup
cumin seeds 1 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
water 1/2 cup

tematar chutney
ingredients
tomato 1
garlic cloves 10 to 12
button chillies 20
salt 1/2 tsp
water 1/2 cup

lemo ki chutney
ingredients
lemon 2
green chillies 10 to 12
coriander 1 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1 tsp
water 1/2 cup

khajoor ki chutney
ingredients
date paste 1/2 cup
tamarind pulp 1/2 cup
jaggery 1/3 cup
salt 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
dried ginger powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
water 1 cup
