5 Of The Most Effective Exercises That Will Slim Down Your Face

When it comes to the muscles of the face, they are no different than any other muscle group in the body, which means, like every other muscle group, you can work them out to slim them down.

One of the first things people notice about others is high cheek bones, chiseled jawlines, and sharp features.

With this said, it’s actually rather simple to get a slim face, all you have to do is work out using the right facial exercises and you’ll be able to slim down your face.

1. Get Those Chin Lifts Going: tilt your head upward towards the ceiling and make your lips as tight as possible.
It will be as if you are trying to kiss the ceiling.
Hold this pose for as long as possible and then repeat.
This is called a chin lift and works by tightening up the throat, neck, and jaw.

2. Pull Out Those Lips: this exercise can take years off of your face and help you get a more prominent jaw line.
To do this, lift your lower lip by pushing your bottom jaw out as far as possible.
You should feel your upper lip stretch and strain as your chin and neck muscles get taut. Hold this pose for as long as possible and then repeat.

3. Release Your Jaw: push your mouth outward as if you are chewing, then open up your mouth and push your tongue to the bottom of your teeth.
Essentially, you are letting your jaw get pulled forward and then released.
This reduces how prominent a double chin is.

4. Make the Fish Face: we all know the fish lips or “pucker lips” from when we were kids.
Turns out, this tones up and spreads out your cheek muscles.
Suck in your cheeks, make the fish lips, and hold. Repeat as you see necessary.

5. Stick Out That Tongue: this will completely workout your neck muscles, allowing you to reduce any double chin you may have and it will create a tighter jawline.

Hold this pose for as long as possible and then repeat.
