Condensed Milk- 1/4 cup
Gulkand -2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Green food colour – 1 pinch
Pistachio for garnish

Oreo Peda –
Oreo biscuits – 10
Condensed milk -1/5 cup
Ghee-1 tbsp
Pistachio for garnish

Milk powder Peda:
Milk powder -3/4 cup
Milk-1/3 cup
Sugar – 1/3 cup
Ghee -1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp
Almonds. For garnish

Biscuit Swiss roll:
Marie biscuit -10
Condensed milk -1/4 cup
Desiccated coconut – 1/4 cup
Ghee -1 tbsp

Coconut barfi:
Desiccated coconut -1 cup
Milk – 3/4 cup
Sugar -1/2 cup
Cardamom powder -1/4 tsp
Ghee -3 tbsp
Saffron – 2 pinch
Almond, pista and cashew for garnish

Bread buffi:
Bread slices – 5
Sugar -3/4 cup
Milk -1 cup
Desiccated coconut – 1 cup
Ghee – 3 to 4 tbsp
Almond, pista and cashew for garnish
