7 Day Weight Loss Challenge At Home
Losing weight in 7 days is not impossible. You can indeed see results in just one week as long as you workout everyday and combine it with a healthy, low-calorie diet.
Of course, as you know, you need to stay motivated and disciplined in order to achieve your goal. Remember that weight loss depends on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. On average, our body can lose 3-7kg in a month by doing just any workout you can find on our channel.
That being said, you may need to train harder and do some major changes in your lifestyle and diet in order to see the results by the end of this challenge. It’s important to stay active and to eat healthy and to stay away from grains and sugar.
