ingredients
wheat flour 1 cup
gram flour 1/2 cup (besan)
fenugreek leaves 1 cup (methi ke patte)
green chilli 1 tbsp
garlic paste 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
carom seeds 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
water as required
oil for frying
