1/4 cup Rice Flour
1/4 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Bajra Flour
1/4 cup Besan
1 Onion (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Carom Seeds
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
Salt
water
Oil

Method: First, Add Jowar flour, Rice Flour, Wheat Flour, Bajra Flour & Besan in the plate mix them all and then add Onion (chopped), Green Chillies (chopped), Coriander Leaves (chopped), Turmeric Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Carom Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Coriander Powder and finally Salt (as required). Now miss all together properly. Add water into the mix, kneed it to make a perfect dough (as shown in the video). Now to make Thalipeeth put Oil in the banana leaf, then take a handful size ball from the dough, put it in the banana leaf (as shown in the video), use some water to make the ball into a thin disk in the banana leaf, next make some punch marks to Thalipeeth so it cooks from within. Next step, heat up the Oil in the Pan. Once the Oil is heated, put the Thalipeeth in the pan frying it from both sides. Do the same procedure with remaining dough. Now your Traditional Thalipeeth is ready to be served with Mirchi cha Thecha & with chilled Curd.
