(Serves 6)
For Tikka Masala:
– 1 tbsp Mustard Oil
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 Bay Leaf
– 1 Cinnamon Stick
– 6 Cloves
– 2 Onions (chopped)
– 3 Tomatoes (chopped)
– Salt
– 4-5 Green Chillies
– 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
– 1 tsp Tumeric Powder
– 1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
– 50 gms Yogurt
– Coriander Leaves (chopped)
– 1/2 cup Fried Onion
– 250 gms Paneer (cubes)
– 4-5 Potato (wedges)
– 1/2 Lemon Juice
For Preparing Rice:
– Water
– 1 Bay Leaf
– Fried Onions
– 2 cup Basmati Rice
For Paneer Tikka Masala Biryani:
– Coal (for smokey flavour)
– 1 cup Milk
