Today’s hair tutorial is this halfup half down hairstyle with french braid detailing. This hairstyle is perfect for festivals, prom, a wedding, and home coming!

Hard to believe festival season is coming, and we still have snow on the ground, but as my Mom always says, “it always snows in April.” Well, once the warm weather decides to get here, I will be sporting this half-up half-down hairstyle. I love this particular braided hairstyle because you look at it, and there are so many different layers to it. It may seem complex at first, but once you get the hang of it, the added detail is definitely worth it. I think it looks great with straight hair, but adding the subtle waves gives it that boho vibe.

I know this hairstyle might not necessarily be easy, or simple, but sometimes it’s fun to try out new styles.
