It is a popular and delicious North Indian recipe that is loved by all peer groups. Made with boiled potatoes, curd, and a melange of spices, this easy recipe is extremely tasty and doesn’t need much effort from your end.
Tandoori Aloo also called Aloo Tikka, baby potatoes, cooked with a special red chili-based masala paste, and Curd.

Ingredients:
1/2 kg Baby Potatoes (parboiled)
For Marination
1/2 cup Curd
1 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Salt
Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tsp Kasuri Methi
2 tbsp Gram Flour
3 tbsp Mustard Paste
2 tbsp Mustard Oil

Method: First, take Baby Potatoes (parboiled), then for marination add Curd in the bowl with Ginger & Garlic Paste, Salt also add in some Lemon juice, now add some spices start with Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, then add Kasuri Methi, Gram Flour, Mustard Paste & Mustard Oil. Mix them all properly, now take your baby potatoes and use docker or Fork to create the incision in the potatoes to make the tandoori more affect full. Put the Baby potatoes in the marination and mix them all.
Now, Skewer the Potatoes for grilling, then put them over the fire (as shown in the video) for 10 to 12 minutes and your Tandoori Aloo / Aloo Tikka is ready to be served.
