Babycorn Manchurian Ingredients:
Babycorn – 20-25 (split and cut)

Salt – 2 tsp

Maida / Plain Flour – 5-6 tbsp
Corn Flour – 5-6 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Water few drops
Oil – to deep fry

For the Sauce:
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Garlic – 5-6 cloves chopped
Green Chili – 2 slit
Capsicum – ½ julienned
Onion – 1 small sliced
Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Spring Onion Greens – handful
Water – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Water – 3 tbsp
