Today i am making bakery style chicken buns that is very easy and quick recipe. you can serve it on parties, hi tea or picnics.

ingredients
flour 2 cups
water as required
yeast 1 tsp
sugar 1 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
powder milk 2 tbsp
butter 1 tbsp
egg 1
oregano 1/2 tsp
boiled chicken 1 cup
mayonnaise 1/2 cup
coriander leaves 2 tbsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
chicken powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
green chilli 2 chopped
chilli garlic ketchup 4 tbsp

baking temperature: 200C
baking timing:12 to 15 mints
