Batata Vada –
• Tel – 2 tbsp
• Rai – 1/2 tbsp
• Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
• Lehsun – 6-7 Cloves (crushed)
• Adrak – 1/2 inch (crushed)
• Hari Mirch – 2 (crushed)
• Haldi- 1/4 tsp
• Aloo: 6 (boiled & mashed)
• Namak – ¼ tsp
Dhaniya aur Limbu ka ras thora sa

• Besan – 3 cups
• Chawal ka atta – 2 tbsp
• Namak – 1 tsp
• Pani – as req.
• Tel – to deepfry

Chura ke liye
• Sukhi lehsun ki chutney
• Water

Vada Pav:

• Ladi Pav – 8
• Sukhi lehsun ki chutney – 8 tbsp
• hari chutney – 4 tbsp
