Ingredients – Gatta Sabzi ke lie
Besan – 1 katori
Ajwain – 2 chutki
Kasoori Methi – ¼ tsp
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli – 1 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Pani – Atta Lagane ke lie, aur pakane ke lie

Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Jeera – ½ tsp
Adrak – ½ inch
Hari Mirch – 1 ya 2
Heeng – 1 chutki
Pyaaz – ½ katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Salt – taste hisab se
Haldi – ½ tsp
Mirchi – 1 tsp
Dhaniya – 1 tsp
Dahi – ½ katori
Tamatar – 1 katori (grind ya kasa hua)
Besan – 1 se 2 tbsp
Pani – 1 glass
Dhaniya – 2 tbsp fresh kata hua
