Ingredients:
12 ml – Soya Milk
1 tsp – Mustard powder
2 tsp – Powdered Sugar
1 tbsp – vinegar
1/2 Tsp – Salt
Black pepper
220 ml Vegetable Oil

Method of preparation:
In a bowl add soya milk, mustard powder, powdered sugar, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
Tip: Maintain equal temperature for both the ingredients.
Blend the mixture and once the bubbles start appearing
simultaneously add the vegetable oil.
Blend it nicely and our Vegan Mayo is ready.
Pack it in a jar and store it.
