Red Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Chat Masala – 1 tsp
Kala Namak – as per taste
Safed Namak – as per taste
Oil – to fry
Dried Yellow Peas / Vatana – 1 cup (soaked 12 hours, boiled salt, haldi powder, jeera powder aur kala namak)
Dahi – 1/2 cup (sweetened)
Imli Chutney – 6-7 tbsp
Hari Chutney – 6-7 tbsp
Chat Masala / Dahi Bhalla Masala – 1 tbsp
Onion – finely chopped
Coriander – finely chopped
Sev – to garnish
