Recipe in grams:
For the Chocolate Cake –
Cherry Filling:
– 300 gr Fresh Cherries
– 150 gr Sugar
– Juice of half a Lemon
– 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1 tbsp kirsch ( optional)
– 1/2 tbsp Cornstarch ( optional)
Simple Syrup:
– 100 gr Water
– 100 gr Sugar
– 1 tbsp kirsch ( optional)
Mascarpone Whipped Cream Recipe:
– 650 gr Mascarpone
– 180 gr Whipped Cream
– 120 gr Powdered Sugar
– 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/4 tsp Salt

– 1 tbsp kirsch ( optional)

– 23 ounces Mascarpone
– 3/4 cup liquid Heavy Cream (whipped)
– 1 cup Powdered Sugar
– 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
– 1/4 tsp Salt
