Gobi Pepper Fry

Cauliflower – 300 grams (soaked in hot water for 5 mins)
Pepper – 1 ½ teaspoon
Fennel seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Dry chilli – 1
Cinnamon stick – 1
Cloves – 3
Oil – 2 tbl spoon
Crushed ginger garlic – 1 tbl spoon
Curry leaves
Onion – 1
Turmeric powder
Coriander leaves
Salt
