Small painless growth on the skin of penal capt and scrotum are due to different reason on the scrotum these things are more yellowish and greenish color and there are actually nothing but oil glands which are more in size. This happen usually around the puberty because of hormonal changes and its stays for long time probably 6 decade of life and gradually its starts coming down. The small yellowish or whitish boils which happens shaft of the penis is because of these oil glands but also it can be due to connective tissue. See many times the small boils are not shaft but on the tip of penis and called as pearly penile pa-pules and these pa-pules are nothing but small excess skin growth it’s something very similar to what we have in the neck, we would have seen lot of people a small growth in the neck it is very similar to that. It is not disease but the only thing is it may not be cosmetic, it does not look good and in some individuals it is really big and looks like a wart. In these situations to reduce the anxiety and un cosmetic appearance, we can ablate these tissues just like a skin tag we could use a cream make it it numb and just obligated with radio frequency or laser and it’s heals wonderfully.
