boiled potatoes- 5 (medium size)
Fine chopped garlic- 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves
Mozzarella cheese- 14 cup
Chilli flakes- 1 tsp
Mixed herbs- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Bread crumbs- 2 tbsp

Corn flour + water
Bread crumbs

Sufficient oil to fry !
