Ingredients
1/2 Cup Curd
Juice of a Lemon
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
Salt To Taste
1 Tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
500 Gms Chicken
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Piece of Cinnamon
2 Cardamoms
3 Cloves
1 Sliced Onion
10 – 12 Cashew Nuts
2 Tbsp Water Melon Seeds
2 Chopped Tomatoes
2 Green Chillies
1 Tbsp Ginger – Garlic Paste
2 Tsp Coriander Powder
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
2 Tbsp Ghee
1 Tbsp Fenugreek Leaves
3 Tbsp Fresh Cream
1/4th Tsp Garam Masala Powder
250 ml Milk
Add Coriander Leaves
