1 tbsp garlic paste
1/3 cup yogurt ( 80-9- g )
2 tbsp corn flour or ararot

FOR GRAVY :
6-7 green chilies
1 handful coriander leaves
2 tbsp mint leaves
3 medium onion paste ( 200 g )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tbsp cumin powder
2 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tbsp kasuri methi
1/2 cup yogurt
1/3 cup fresh cream or milk cream

18-20 broken kashews paste
coriander leaves
