Ingredients Malai tikka rolls
250 GMS BONELESS CHICKEN
3 TBSP CURD
2 TBSP FRESH CREAM
1 TBSP CASHEW POWDER
1 TSP CORNFLOUR
2 CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES
½ TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
1 TSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER
SALT TO TASTE
1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE
FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER
1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
SALT TO TASTE
1 TBSP OIL
3 TBSP CURD
2 TBSP MAYONNAISE
1 TBSP FRESH CREAM
CHATNI OF
CORIANDER, 1 GARLIC CLOVE, 1 GREEN CHILLI
1 ONION SLICED
FINELY CHOPPED CORIANDER
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
1 EGG (BEATEN)
