Chicken Nihari
Ingredients

750 gms Chicken
Salt to Taste
Making Nihari Masala (for 2 kg Chicken)

(We will use only 2 Tbsp of it here because the chicken is 750 gms Only)
½ Tsp Black Cumin
2 Small Sticks of Cinnamon
¼ Tsp Cloves or 10 Cloves
½ Flower of Mace
¼ Tsp or 15 Black Pepper Corns
Small Pc of Nutmeg
1 Star Anise
3 Black Cardamoms
6 Green Cardamoms
1 Tbsp Fennel Seeds
1 Tbsp Dried Rose Petals
3 Pieces of Long Pepper
3 Bay Leaves
5 Whole Dried Red Chillies
¼ Tsp Citric Acid Food Grade
2 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Dry Ginger Powder

½ Cup Oil
Add 2 Tbsp Nihari Masala
For making Slurry
½ Cup Wheat Flour
Add One Cup Water
Garnish with Ginger Julienne
and pieces of green Chillies
