Garam masala powder (Whole spice powder) 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder (Lal mirch) 1 teaspoon
Black pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt (Namak) 1 teaspoon/to taste
Ginger paste (Adrak paste) 1 tablespoon
Coriander leaves (Hara dhania) 2 tablespoon chopped
Green chilies 6 chopped
Onion(pyaz) 1 medium size chopped
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Oil for fry
