Chicken Shanghai Fried Rice || Indo Chinese Cuisine || by Cooking with Benazir

Fried rice is a clear favorite among all the Chinese dishes available in the restaurants all over India and a delicacy normally Indians relish. Shanghai fried rice is a veggie loaded fried rice, best served with a side of spicy chicken. It is sure to be a family favourite.

Ingredients :
For chicken :
1. 250 gms boneless chicken
2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
3. 1 tsp red chilli powder
4. Salt to taste
5. 1 tsp corn flour
6. 1 egg white
For rice:
1.3 tbsp oil
2. 2 tbsp ginger garlic chopped
3. Spring onion whites
4. 1/4th cup cabbage, carrot and capsicum
5. 2 eggs scrambled
6. 1 tsp soya saauce
7. 1 tsp vinegar
8. 1 tsp sugar
9. 3 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
10. Salt to taste
11. 2 cup boiled noodles
12. 2 cup boiled rice
13. Spring onions green
14. 3 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
