potato 4 big
flour 1/2 cup
corn flour 2 tbsp
capsicum 1
green chilli 3
garlic 1 tbsp
chilli garlic ketchup 4 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
oil 3 tbsp
sesame seeds 1 tbsp
red chilli flakes 1 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
corn flour 1 tsp
oil for frying
