Amla / Dry Indian Gooseberry β 2 tbsp
Tej Patta / Bay Leaf β 2
Salt β as per taste
Water β to soak & boil chickpeas
Oil β 3-4 tbsp
Cumin Seeds β 2 tsp
Green Cardamom β 3
Cloves β 4-5
Cinnamon Stick β 2β³
Onions β 4 Medium (3 pureed and 1 Chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste β 1 tbsp
Tomato β 4-5 medium (blended)
Salt β as per taste
Chana Masala β 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder β 1/2 tsp
Cumin Powder β 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder β 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder β 1/2 tsp
Amchoor Powder β 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala β 1/2 tsp
Haldi β 1/8 tsp (optional)
Chopped Coriander Leaves β 3 tbsp
Ghee β 2 tbsp
Ajwain / Carom Seeds β 1 tsp

Green Chili β 2 (slit)
