Chole are my all time favourite and uptill now the only snack i had i mind about chole was chole bhature. but this chole roll did convince me that chickpeas can be served in this tasty snack form too. this was a brilliant snack idea. chickpea snacks are not that common, and i am considering roasted chickpeas too. we usually make chickpea meals, chickpea curry , or chole bhature the most. i am sure you will think differently about white chana once you watch my chole roll recipe video 🙂 soaking chickpeas is a task but once you know how to cook chickpeas you got yourself tasty healthy food. i make pressure cooker dry beans all the time, so this was a recipe i came up with. do you know there’s good amount of fiber in chickpeas ?
