baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
cake spice powder 1/2 tsp
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
tutty frutti 40 gram
dries apricot 40 gram
raisins 40 gram
black currents 40 gram
orange zest 1/2 tsp
lemon zest 1/4 tsp

baking time: 40 to 45 mints
baking temperature: 180C
