Nariyal Chutney:
Nariyal – 1 (medium size)
Phutana – ½ cup
Kadi Patta – 1 sprig
Green Chili – 2
Adrak – 1/2 inch
Namak- as per taste
Jeera – 1 tsp
Dahi – 2 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Dhaniya – handful

Tadka: Oil – 1 tbsp
Sarso – 1 tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp
Hing – 1 pinch
Curry Leaf – 4-5
Haldi – ¼ tsp
Lal Mirch – 2


Peanut Chutney:
Mungphali – ½ cup
Nariyal – 1 tbsp
Namak – as per taste
Lal Mirch – 6
Lehsun – 5
Jeera – ½ tsp
Imli Paste – 2 tbsp
Pani – ½ cup

For Tadka – Oil – 1 tbsp
Sarso – 1 tsp
Urad dal – ½ tsp
Lal Mirch – 2
Curry leaves – 4-5
Haldi – ¼ tsp
Gudd – 1 tsp
