तीख़ा चटपटा चटनी पनीर टिक्का जिसे आप झटपट और बहुत हे आसान तरीके से बना सकते है, इस रेसिपी में आप पनीर की जगह तोफू का भी उसे कर सकते है और काम तेल में भी बना सकते है 🙂

Serving -2 to 3

Ingredients :
Paneer(Indian Cottage Cheese)- 200 gms
Coriander leaves -1/2 cup
Mint leaves – 1/8 cup
Green chilli- 4 to 5
Garlic cloves – 6 to 7
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curd -2 tbsp
Coriander powder -1/4 tsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -1/4 tsp
Cooking oil-2 to 3 tbsp
