Hearing Aid is an augmentation that is used to improve the sound quality for a person who has got hearing loss. So it is just like raising the quality and sound by hearing by volume. This can work when there is a certain amount of residual serviceable hearing available in a person with lost hearing. When there is no serviceable hearing available, because the inner ear is not functioning well, then the Hearing Aid will not help. The Hearing Aid is a device, it is just going to raise the sound. So the reception has to be available.
