Between the two, the contact lenses and the glasses, they are like alternatives. People used to glasses will prefer glasses and people used to contact lenses would prefer contact lenses. Each of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. Glasses have the advantage that you can take it off and put it on any time you want. There is the advantage that you never end up with infections. The disadvantage of glasses is that they give a distortion of figure at the edge of the glasses and these glasses sit on your nose and they can be a source of discomfort and ofcourse cosmetically speaking glasses may not be a good option. Whereas contact lenses have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. The contact lenses have the advantage that when you put it on to your eye it gives you the most natural vision possible, much better than what the glasses will be giving. There is no problem of glare which can be seen with the glasses. On the other hand you need to take very good care of contact lenses which you don’t need to do with glasses. Here you can take it off in the evening and put it on in the morning and you need to keep the contact lens solution to keep cleaning the contact lenses meticulously. So each have their own advantages and disadvantages. The choice between contact lenses and glasses would purely depend upon each individual to choose which advantage or disadvantage they give more importance to.
