Ingredients:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Green Chili – 2
Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Sweet Corn – ½ cup (crushed)
Sweet Corn – 1 cup kernels
Salt – as per taste / 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 2 tbsp
Garam Masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Red Chili – 1 ½ tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Poha – ¼ cup
Maida – 3 tbsp + Water
Samosa Patti – 10-12
Oil – to deep fry Samosa
Chat Masala – to sprinkle on top
