In today’s crochet tutorial I will show you how to crochet this super easy Crochet Baby Jacket, Crochet Cardigan, Crochet Coat for girls 0-12 months. This crochet baby jacket, crochet matinee coat for girls is very easy to make so I hope you like it.

If you’d like to make this crochet baby jacket, crochet baby cardigan or crochet coat smaller or bigger, simply use a bigger or smaller hook with DK or #3 baby yarn. Just remember that different yarn weight and hook size will determine the final size. See below.

Newborn use 2.5mm hook with #3 or DK yarn
0-3M use 3mm hook with #3 or DK yarn
3-6M I use 3.5mm hook with #3 or DK yarn (what I made)
6-9M used 4mm hook with #3 or DK yarn
9-12M use 4.5mm hook with #3 or DK yarn

For this crochet baby sweater, crochet baby cardigan or crochet matinee coat for girls I used baby yarn by Bebe Alize Sekerim in cream white #62 and light pink. You can also use any DK weight yarn and If you’re in the US you can use any #3 baby yarn with a 3.5mm Crochet hook for 3-6 month size. I used about 145 grams of baby yarn (115G in white and 30G in pink).
