Learn how to make Dahi Ke Kebab at home with Chef Ruchi on Rajshri Food

Dahi Kabab recipe – a restaurant-style snack which is also known as Dahi ke kebab. They are quite a common kind of vegetarian Kebabs eaten in North and other parts of India. These are made of Hung Curd, Paneer, Flour and Basic spice powders. Dahi Ke Kabab is most common on the North Indian restaurants menus. They are loved by many for their soft mouth melting interior texture while they are crisp from outside. Dahi Ke Kabab Amazingly rich in taste and texture, they are perfect for home guest and for festive times. Dahi Ke Kebab is served as an Appetizer with Green Chutney or other types of chutney.

Ingredients:
3 cups Hung Curd
100 gms Paneer (crumbled)
2 tbsp Cheese (grated)
1 Onion (chopped)
3 tbsp Gram Flour (roasted)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Oil

Method: Let’s start with the Hung curd in the bowl with Paneer (crumbled), Cheese (grated), Onion (chopped), Gram Flour (roasted), Coriander Leaves (chopped), Green Chillies (chopped), Garam Masala Powder, Cumin Seed Powder, Powdered Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Salt. Mix all the Ingredients together properly. Now spread Breadcrumbs (as shown in the video). Next, roll the Kabab using the bread crumbs. Do the same with the remaining mixture and then fry them in the Oil. Your Dahi Ke Kabab is ready to serve.
