Ingredients for Dahi Laccha Paratha
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Curd – 1/2 cup
Semolina – 3 spoons
Salt – 1/4 spoon
Red chilli powder – 1/4 spoon
Amchur powder – 1/3 spoon
Kitchen king masala – 1/4 spoon
Celery seeds – 1/4 spoon
Chilli flakes – 1/2 spoon
Coriander – 3 spoons
Desi ghee as required
