Lemon Juice – 1tbsp
Ghee -2 tbsp
Mustard oil – 4 to 5 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
