So do one to one and a half hours exercise daily and like gymming, aerobics and swimming, walking, jumping, and climbing. So the mode of exercise the girl has to take high protein diet like egg white, milk products, all types of dals, sprouts, pulses, non-veg pieces. No gravies, almonds, acrot has high proteins. The fruit which has high protein is guava. So high protein diet and daily means of exercise depending upon the BMI is very necessary to bring down a proper BMI for girl with PCOS.
