DIY Wire & Paper Tree Sculpture | How to Make a Tree Armature & Apply Book Page Paper Mâché

This video tutorial shows you the steps of making a tree sculpture; first by making a wire frame, and second by adding paper mâché over the top.
A fun project that you can make as elaborate (or not) as you like!

In this example, I’m using pages from an old book, but you could use a different type of paper if you prefer. Or just use plain paper and apply paint as the final decorative coating. There are lots of options to make this DIY unique to you.

The tree would be great as an ornament or photo prop, or alternatively you could amend the design to make something functional like an earring holder/stand.
