1 teaspoon of dried corn silk (preferably organic corn);;
1 cup of water.
Put the corn silk in the water and let it sit for a few minutes.
Once the time is up, strain the water. If you don’t like the taste, add a few drops of lemon juice.
It’s recommended that you drink this tea throughout the day.
