Ingredients
4 Cups of Sugar
1 litre Water
½ Tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Tsp Rose Water
Pinch of Saffron
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
3 Cups Milk Powder
2 Tsp Baking Powder
4 Tbsp of All Purpose Flour
2 Tsp Pure Ghee
Little less than one cup of warm milk
