Hello ? my name is Sara welcome to my channel Crochet for Baby. In today’s tutorial I will show you how to crochet the matching baby hat to the blue and white baby set. This baby hat with ear flaps is for a 3-6 months baby. You can also make it smaller or larger by simply changing your hook size as mentioned in my video.

For the crochet baby hat with warm ear flaps I used a 4mm hook and James C. Brett super soft 4 ply yarn (British brand) which is comparable to a light #3 baby yarn here in the U. S. I used about 35 grams of yarn for the baby hat. You may need less or more depending how big or small you make yours. You can also use cotton thread #10 just use 2 strands.
