Step 1:-
1 cup Daleem wheat ( Skinless wheat or broken wheat )
1/2 cup jau ( barley )
1/4 cup Chana daal
2 tbsp moong daal
2 tbsp laal maoor
2 tbsp safed maash
2 tbsp rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
Step 2:
1 kg Mutton or chicken
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 lemon juice
coriander and mint leaves
2 fried onion
Special garam masala powder:-
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 mace
1/4 nutmeg ( I hadn’t, so couldn’t Use )
4-5 cloves
5-6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 tsp pepper corns
1 inch cinnamon stick
1 cup oil
coriander and mint leaves for garnish
cashews for Garnishing
fried onion for Garnishing
